Hi! I'm SUUUPER new to selling on Lazada, I just signed up for a shop last week and I'm still waiting for the pouches i ordered before posting anything for sale...
Thing is, on the same day I set up my Laz shop, I also signed up for Laz affiliate (as in, you get an affiliate product link, and you get a commission when people use your link and buy stuff... not the "Sponsored Affiliate" one). I noticed that it's been 9 days and my affiliate dashboard still doesn't allow me to generate aff links for the specific products I actually want to promote, instead of just the recommended ones that I've never tried. I was hoping i could use my personal social media to promote stuff in groups etc.
Is it possible that you can't have BOTH a laz shop and be an affiliate at the same time? Otherwise, how do i get my affiliate dashboard to finally work?

Hello, I have a question about live streaming on Mobile using OBS.
I'm only going to do live streaming on my mobile (No use of Camera).
But since the resolution is quite bad, I'd like to know if there are other ways to make it better utilizing OBS.
(The manual kind of applies that it's possible but doesn't say how it's done)

1. Customers can collect Laz coins only once? or every time they review a product?
2. You mentioned that we can give vouchers to improve ratings and reviews, are these the same regular vouchers that they can collect whenever they visit our store? Or is there another way for sellers to give vouchers "Only for those customers who left a review"?
3. The review reminder option:
3.1 Does it automatically send messages to customers?
3.2 When does it send messages to the customers? Is there a fixed day or date?
3.3 Is there a way to track which customers they've sent it to?
4 Are there other ways to entice customers to leave a review aside from giving them coins and vouchers?
