hello good day to u I have a major problem regarding to my account kasi po hindi ko po nakikita yung mga products ko sa lazada pati yung store na check kuna man po lahat pati yung mga instruction na sunod kuna po why it is not visible in lazada app?
RESOLVED: after reaching out with live agent, we learnt that shipping provider is currently disabled until December 13, 2023 due to running mega campaign.

Hello question lang po kapag po ba yung item naka karton na need pa po ba ulet ilagay pa ulet sa box kasi parang dalawang box na po kung sakali. Monitor po kasi yung item tapos yung box nya printed po nandon yung picture ng monitor and kung anong brand. Medyo na confuse po kasi ako kasi baka hindi rin pwede kay lazada yung ganon kailangan ata plain lang yung cover. Thanks po

Napansin ko lang, at least for my store, it seems mas maganda ang use ng Tagalog sa description kesa English.
Mas madami bumibili pag tagalog kesa english.
Example. 10 pieces mirror vs 10 pirasong salamin
Nag try lang ako mag experiment at napansin ko mas madami akong nakuhang order sa paggamit ng Tagalog.
Ganito din ba experience niyo?

May question lang po ako. May customer kasi na nagchecked out ng order with two(2) different products. Pero, ang bawat product maramihan (ex: product #1 x 3, product #2 x 8). Worried lang ako kasi upon checking ng profile nya, 0 successful delivery and rate as in new account palang. I tried to contact the buyer pero hindi nagrereply. nababasa naman nya ang mga messages ko. Ano po kaya ang dapat gawin? Ok lang ba na i-cancel ko ang order nya ano naman po ang epekto sa performance ko? Mukhang BOGUS buyer kasi ang ganitong transaction.
