Help changing "Drop-off" to "Pick-up" settings. Settings > Shipping Provider > Change first mile type button is DISABLED.

RESOLVED: after reaching out with live agent, we learnt that shipping provider is currently disabled until December 13, 2023 due to running mega campaign.

Hi, I'm trying to change our shipping option from drop-off to pick-up, but the actions button are all disabled and not clickable. Any idea how to fix this?

Ask ko lang po if meron ba drop off station ang ninjavan? May DOP locator ba sila? Ngayon lang kasi ako naka receive ng order na hindi sa lex ang drop off.

Packaging Inquiry for Fragile Items

Hello question lang po kapag po ba yung item naka karton na need pa po ba ulet ilagay pa ulet sa box kasi parang dalawang box na po kung sakali. Monitor po kasi yung item tapos yung box nya printed po nandon yung picture ng monitor and kung anong brand. Medyo na confuse po kasi ako kasi baka hindi rin pwede kay lazada yung ganon kailangan ata plain lang yung cover. Thanks po

Language Used for Descriptions

HI, fellow sellers!

Napansin ko lang, at least for my store, it seems mas maganda ang use ng Tagalog sa description kesa English.

Mas madami bumibili pag tagalog kesa english.

Example. 10 pieces mirror vs 10 pirasong salamin

Nag try lang ako mag experiment at napansin ko mas madami akong nakuhang order sa paggamit ng Tagalog.

Ganito din ba experience niyo?

Hello po, mga ka-seller. Happy new year! Need ko ng help kung paano ko makakahanap ng product na pwede itinda sa lazada -- yung in demand at sure na bebenta. Seller na po ako pero gusto ko na palitan yung current product ko dahil nalulugi na ko.

Baka may mashare po kayong tips sa pag hahanap ng products.

Suspicious or Bogus Buyer

Hello Fellow Sellers,

Good day. Hope everyone is doing great today.

May question lang po ako. May customer kasi na nagchecked out ng order with two(2) different products. Pero, ang bawat product maramihan (ex: product #1 x 3, product #2 x 8). Worried lang ako kasi upon checking ng profile nya, 0 successful delivery and rate as in new account palang. I tried to contact the buyer pero hindi nagrereply. nababasa naman nya ang mga messages ko. Ano po kaya ang dapat gawin? Ok lang ba na i-cancel ko ang order nya ano naman po ang epekto sa performance ko? Mukhang BOGUS buyer kasi ang ganitong transaction.
