As an individual seller, you are only required to provide your valid ID and bank documents. Please take clear photos/scans of these documents.
Here is the list of accepted IDs:

Barangay Certification
Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration
Government office and government-owned and-controlled corporation ID (e.g. Armed Forces of the Philippines, Home Development Mutual Fund IDs)
Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of the Disabled Persons
Department of Social Welfare and Development Certification
Integrated Bar of the Pilippines ID
Company IDs Issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or Securities and Exchange Commision

To avoid payout delays, please ensure that the name on your submitted ID matches the name of your bank account.
A. On desktop
To submit your ID and bank information via web, go to this link. Then, follow these steps:
Select your ID type.
Upload a photo of your valid ID.
Type out your full name as it appears on your submitted ID.
Enter your ID number.
Next, upload a photo of your bank document(s).
Enter the account name as it appears on the bank document(s).
Type in your bank account number.
Select your bank from the drop-down menu. The full list of accepted banks can be found in that list.
Finally, click Submit!
Congratulations! After completing these steps, you can expect to start receiving your payouts 1-2 weeks after your first order is Confirmed.
