Drop Shipping Policy

1. Introduction

1.1. Drop Shipping, which typically involves importing and listing a large volume of existing products that are originally listed for sale by another seller, may cause poor customer experience due to issues relating to miscategorizing of products, inability to fulfil orders and inability to provide satisfactory after sales service, among others. The Drop Shipping policy ensures that a seller maintain a high level of service standard.

2. Policy

2.1. A seller shall not perform any Drop Shipping activities that contributes to poor customer experience on the Lazada platform.

3. Enforcement

3.1. The following enforcement actions may be taken against a seller who is found to be in violation of the Policy:

a. lock your listing;

b. restrict your access to upload new products;

c. lower the ranking of buyers’ search results of your listings;

d. limit the number of orders your store can receive;

e. limit the number of products you may list in your store; and

f. deactivate your store.
