I. Payment Cycle

The payment for an order will reflect in your Account Statement once the order is tagged as ‘Delivered’. The payment period covers transactions made from Monday to Sunday, and payouts are made every Thursday of the following week through online bank transfer.

For example, all delivered orders from days 1-7 will be paid on the 11th.

For new microsellers: Since bank account information and documents need to undergo verification before a payout is released, your 1st payout will be released up to three weeks after your first Account Statement is generated in the Seller Center.

IMPORTANT:

  1. Once you have successfully received the payment, you will need to send a soft copy of your BIR 2307 and collection receipt to mp.finance@lazada.com.ph.

II. Charges and other fees

Legends:
( + ) Credit
( - ) Debit charged to the seller

On a regular 'Delivered' order, the following common charges will occur:
1. Item Price Credit ( + ):
the price you set for an item.
2. Payment fee ( - ): the cost of payment processing. The percentage fee is based on the item price MINUS promotional charges, PLUS shipping fee paid by customer (2.24% Vat Inclusive). For more information on the computation, please read this article.
3. Shipping Fee (Paid By Customer) ( + ): The customer shoulders the shipping fee by default unless a seller sets shipping fee promotions. This is calculated based on the package dimension input by the seller, with the consideration of delivery origin and destination. 4. Shipping Fee (Paid by Seller) ( - ): Calculated based on actual item dimensions measured by Lazada. This is deducted from the statement of the seller when the calculation is completed. Ideally, both shipping fees should offset each other and have no impact on your statement of account. For more information on Shipping Fee computation, please read this article.
5. Commission ( - ): Only applicable for LazMall sellers. This is a percentage fee set for each category and based on item price charged per order item.

When you offer promotions, the following charges may occur:
1. Promotional Charges Vouchers ( - ):
Discounts provided for seller vouchers (discount amount from voucher would be stored at Item level).
2. Promotional Charges (Flexi-Combo) ( - ): Discounts provided for bundled items (quantity, combo or fee/sample).


When customers use Lazada discounts, the following charges may occur:
1. Shipping Fee Voucher (by Lazada) ( + ): Shipping fee vouchers given by Lazada
2. Auto. Shipping fee subsidy (by Lazada) ( + )- Shipping fee subsidy given by Lazada

When a Lost package has been paid, the following charges will occur:
1. Lost Claim ( + ): Unit price of the item that has been tagged as lost
2. Payment fee - correction for undercharge ( - ): Payment fee charges for the paid lost claim

Additional fees for Microsellers:
1. COOP Fee Admin Fee ( - ): 1% of Item Price Credit/Sales
2. COOP One-time Membership Fee ( - ): One-time fee of Php100 deducted at first payout.

Microsellers also have to manually deposit their capital share worth Php 300 to OMSMC within 1-year of application. For more information on COOP membership fees, please read https://www.microsellerscooperative.com/membershiprequirements.

III. Statement of Account generation

For Corporate sellers, account statements can be generated in Seller Center when you have delivered orders for a specific cut-off. On your Seller Center, go to Finance > Account Statement > Payout Initiated.

For Microsellers, your account statements are sent to you via email on or before the payout schedule.
