A. Who is eligible to create Free Shipping promotions?
All sellers are eligible to join Free Shipping Max or create Seller Free Shipping promotions. Seller Free Shipping promotions can be created for products in all categories except for non-physical products (e.g., digital goods) as long as the products are in compliance with Lazada's product & listing policies.
All customers are able to enjoy Free Shipping promotions as long as their orders meet the promotion criteria.
B. What happens if an order with Free Shipping is canceled?
Any shipping fees for an order will be refunded to the party that paid them. For example, if a customer pays PHP8 and a seller pays PHP42 for a canceled order's shipping fee, PHP8 will be refunded to the customer, and PHP42 will be refunded to the seller.
C. What happens if an order with Free Shipping is returned?
For failed deliveries, the shipping fee/participation fee paid by the seller will be reversed during the next payout after the order is successfully returned.

D. Can my shop have both Free Shipping Max and Seller Free Shipping?
Yes, you can offer both types of Free Shipping promotions in your store. In the event that the Seller Free Shipping subsidy matches the Free Shipping Max subsidy, only Seller Free Shipping will be used, and you will not be charged the participation fee for Free Shipping Max.
