Sellers can assess their eligibility based on 3 sets of criteria: (1) their relationship to the brand (2) ability to present proof of authenticity of their products and (3) their store's operational metrics (for existing Lazada Marketplace sellers only).
Criteria 1: Brand Relationship
Sellers who are brand owners, exclusive/non-exclusive distributors and resellers of established brands, as well as branded retailers (e.g. Metro, Watsons) are eligible to apply for a LazMall store.
Criteria 2: Proof of Product Authenticity
During the application, sellers have to prepare supporting documents as proof of authenticity of their products, such as a trademark certificate (for brand owners), letter of authorization from brands (for exclusive/non-exclusive distributors) or brand purchase invoices (for resellers).
Criteria 3: Operational Metrics (Existing Lazada Marketplace Sellers Only)
Existing Lazada Marketplace sellers with good store performance metrics and who also meet the above 2 criteria could be invited to sign up as a LazMall seller. Metrics assessed include Positive Seller Rating, Ship-on-Time Rate, Cancellation Rate, Return Rate and Chat Response Rate.
Sellers that meet the above criteria will be required to prepare the following documents for the LazMall sign-up process:
1. Create a Seller Center Account (for New Sellers, for existing seller, go to Profile > Brand > click the Apply for LazMall button)
a. From Lazada website, click SELL ON LAZADA, choose LAZMALL and click LEARN MORE.
b. From the LazMall info page, click SIGN UP ON LAZMALL
2. Fill in the brand name, provide your mobile number and input the Verification Code that will be sent to the provided contact number.
3. From the profile page of Seller Center, continue completing the Brand Information. Select the brand relationship then upload the relevant supporting documents.

4. Upload your brand logo and create a store name by following the store naming guidelines.
5. Upload your BIR 2303 and bank documents and submit your LazMall application.
BRAND DOCUMENTS: The LazMall team will verify that all submitted documents are from legitimate sources and have a validity period of at least 6 months from the point of submission (where applicable).
Brand Logo: The logo submitted should match the brand/store name.
Business Registration & Bank Documents: The BIR 2303 submitted should be valid, and match the company named inside the bank document.
After the above documents have been verified, Lazada will assess the brand's suitability for the LazMall platform.
Examples of brand suitability criteria: Offline retail presence (e.g. sold at department stores), strong social media following/presence etc.
After successful approval for LazMall:
1. Input your warehouse address
2. And upload your product catalog via Lazada's Seller Center by single or mass product creation. All newly created products will go through a quality check by the system before being published online.
Upload your store banners and other marketing materials to make your store visually appealing to visitors and potential customers.

To ensure a good LazMall buyer experience, we will conduct periodic reviews on the performance of our LazMall sellers to ensure buyer satisfaction.
Sellers who do not meet any of the LazMall service standards for 3 consecutive months (for the same metric) will be offboarded from LazMall.
1. How long is the application process?
It takes approximately 15 business days for applicants to be notified on the application outcome.
2. Can I be both a LazMall and Marketplace seller?
No, you will no longer be a Marketplace seller after you have successfully signed up for LazMall.
3. Does applying for the LazMall automatically makes me a LazMall seller?
All applications are subject to approval. You will be notified on the application outcome via email.
4. How will I be notified of my application status?
You will received an email notification if your application has been approved or rejected.
5. What are the expectations of a LazMall seller?
All LazMall sellers are expected to uphold the LazMall Service criteria (table 1) and LazMall’s promises to buyers, this includes 100% product authenticity, 30 days easy returns for buyers and next day delivery*
