a. Scheduled for pick-up but pickup team did not arrive

IMPORTANT: Make sure to move your parcels from Ready to Ship / To Ship within 3 days from Order Create Date
b. No operating drop-off points near you
c. System error
d. Pricing error
e. Delayed processing of customer-requested cancellation
If one of the above situations apply to you, you may fill out the forms below to request for extension:
1. Cancellation Extension Request Form
Submit this form for the following scenarios:
- System error
- Pricing error
- Delayed processing of customer-requested cancellation
2. Ship on Time Exemption Request Form
Submit this form for the following scenarios:
- Delayed pick-up
- No operating DOPs available
If you breached the SLA but the order is still not yet cancelled, you can continue to process and fulfill it.
*Note: Orders with breached SLAs are marked as red in your Seller Center.
Maaari lamang mag-request na i-extend ang inyong SLA para sa mga sumusunod na sitwasyon:
1. Hindi dumating ang inyong scheduled pick-up
Maaaring i-check ang inyong schedule DITO.
IMPORTANT: Siguraduhing nailagay niyo sa Ready to ship / To ship ang inyong parcels sa loob ng 3 araw mula sa Order Create Date.
2. Walang malapit sa inyong lugar na bukas na drop-off point
3. System error
4. Pricing error
5. Delay sa pag-process ng inyong customer-requested cancellation
Kung pasok kayo sa mga sitwasyon sa taas, i-fill out ang forms sa ibaba kung nais ninyong mag-request ng SLA Extension:
1. Cancellation Extension Request Form
I-fill out ang form na ito kung ang inyong request ay dahil sa:
- System error
- Pricing error
- Delay sa pag-process ng customer-requested cancellation
2. Ship on Time Exemption Request Form
I-fill out ang form na ito kung ang inyong request ay dahil sa:
- Hindi dumating ang inyong scheduled pick-up
- Walang malapit na DOP sa inyong lugar
Kung ang inyong orders ay na-breach na ang SLA pero hindi pa ito naka-cancel, maaari ninyong ituloy ang pag-fulfill nito.
