I. How to export Product Templates that needs an update?
1. Click on ‘Mass Add/Edit Products’ section under Products tab.
2. Click the (1)“Edit Product” button, select the (2)“Product Range” according to your requirement, and choose the (3) template that you would like to update.

3. After clicking “Export file”, the template with your product information will be preparing for download.
Once the file is ready, you can see the “Task status” show “Have completed” and the “Download” link available.
II. Understanding the type of information that you need to update
Basic information - includes the basic product content such as product name, short description, warranty,product image, etc.
Category Specific Product Attribute
As the template exports all product information, it also exports all available categories in your account. Similar to Product Creation template, the “Category Specific Product Attribute” template features an “INDEX” tab.
Price and Stock
As price & stock are on “SKU level” meaning they are not shared amongst multiple variants of the same product but are actually unique to each variation.
SKU Images
Like price & stock, SKU Images are on “SKU level” meaning they are not shared amongst multiple variants of the same product but are actually unique to each variation.
Dimweight and Delivery Option
Dimweight and Delivery Option template allows you to edit the Package Dimensions (Length/Width/Height) and Weight, as well as Delivery Option setting.
III. Uploading your updated Product information
1. Save the template that you have edited, go to ‘Batch Publish Products’ page and click on ‘Upload File’.
2. Check its progress, under Upload Records below.
See the full results by clicking Download under “Actions”.
If there are corrections, update the template according to the error message.
3. Re-upload once amendments have been made.
