How do I track the journey of my parcels?

With the new Order Tracking Visibility, you will now be able to better track / see the journey of your packages from pick-up to delivery / return.

To do this, log in to your Seller Center, go to Orders & Reviews > Orders. Look for the order you want to check and click the Logistic Status button.

You will be able to see the following:

1. Reason Code
a. See the reason for failed pick-up / failed delivery / failed return
b. This applies for both LEX and non-LEX (3PL) parcels

2. Check Proofs: Seller e-signature (ePOD) and Photo Proofs for successful or failed pick-up / return
This is mandatory for LEX parcels wile subject to courier compliance for 3PL/non-LEX parcels.

3. Logistic Statuses
Granular / detailed statuses for the journey of the parcel; helpful especially for failed delivery parcels.


For Failed Delivery Parcels, you will also be able to see the Failed Delivery Return Lead Time.
This is the date range when failed delivery parcels are estimated to be returned to sellers. This applies to both LEX and non-LEX/3PL parcels.
Note: This is based on historical performance per 3PL and the seller's location.
