How to monitor the performance of your Sponsored Discovery Campaigns?

Lazada provides a range of reports that makes it easy to analyze campaign performance and measure success. Once you have launched your campaign:

1. You can view the Account, Campaign, Product, and Keyword Reports on the reporting page within 24 hours

2. Learn more about how you could use metrics comparison and customized reporting views to understand how your campaigns are doing.

Log in to Lazada Seller Center > Go to “Marketing Center” > Select “Sponsored Solutions”

1. Sponsored Discovery Performance Overview

· Click “Management” under Sponsored Discovery

2. Sponsored Discovery Report & Insights

· Option 1: Click “Details” from the Performance Overview Page

· Option 2: Click “Report & Insights” from the top tabs > select “Sponsored Discovery”

Compare two metrics and track campaigns’ performance overtime

You can start by selecting up to two metrics to compare to get high-level insights at a glance. For instance, based on the chart shown in the reports tab above, you would see that your campaigns are getting efficient clicks throughout the selected date range. However, you are spending more to get more clicks on 1 September 2021. This can happen if you made some optimizations. You may wish to note down the changes made to the campaigns to understand how the optimizations affect your campaigns.

Wondering how many clicks and sales you’ve driven with the campaigns above? You can click on “customize columns” and drag the columns to change the sequence of the reporting metrics to fit your needs.

Important Reminders:

1. Run your campaign for at least 2 weeks to ensure that you have enough data to analyze your campaign’s performance.

2. In most cases, your performance data is delayed by a day. This means that the performance data is accurate up to the previous day.

3. The Report module will only show performance when there are statistics to be shown.

4. You can download the data to view it offline.
