How to rate Lazada's pick-up and drop-off service?

Start sharing your feedback by

In Orders, go to My Shipment.

Look for To Rate Section under Service Rating.

For LEX Pickup: Feedback forms will appear in To Rate section after the scanning of your parcels.

For 3PLs and Drop-off stations: Feedback forms will be displayed at the end of the day

Click the Rating button.

Once you click the Rating button, the Feedback Form will appear.

NOTE:  Rating reasons / comments are based on the rating selected.

  • Seller must select 1 to 2 reasons.

  • If seller selects "others", the text box will be enabled and seller will be required to input comment in the text field.
