Here's how you can update your warehouse location via Smart Address:
1. From your Seller Center, go to My Account > Settings
2. Under Logistics, select 'Warehouse'
3. Click 'Edit' under Warehouse Address
4. Update address by
a. Input in 'Pin Location', or
b. Move pin
District will be auto-populated when pin location is defined by seller.
5. Fill in:
a. Address with more specific details like house / unit number, floor, etc.
b. Postal code
You can manually update the following fields to make finding address more accurate
- "Address" is a free form text field where seller can input unit number, floor number, etc.
- Postal code to allow better accuracy within an area
This instructions are similar for smart phone app.
For Same-Day Delivery sellers, changing your warehouse address will only be effective on the SDD feature after 24 hours.
