First Mile (FM) refers to the movement of packages from a seller to a logistics partner.
There are 2 types of First Mile. Once you sign up as a Lazada Seller, you will be assigned to either (1) Pick-up or (2) Drop-off.

II. How can I check my first mile assignment?
Option 1:
Check it in your Seller Center > Profile
Open you Seller Center
From My Account > select Profile
Go to Shipping Provider tab. You will see your first mile allocation on the Shipment Provider section.
Option 2:
Check it in your Seller Center > Order Details
Open you Seller Center
Click Orders & Reviews then select Orders
Go to “Ready to Ship” tab and click the plus (+) sign beside the order number. You will see your first mile allocation under the shipping information column.
Option 3:
Check it in the shipping label (airway bill)
Dual Pick-Up is automatically assigned to sellers with:
1. Sufficient average daily volume to qualify for pickup
2. Both fast freight and bulky packages

1. In Seller Center, go to My Account > Profile> Shipping Provider
2. Sellers with 2 shipping providers assigned, LEX and a bulky 3PL, are under dual pickup
V. What to do if Store is Assigned to Dual Pick-Up
1. Check First Mile assignment in the shipping label
2. Segregate packages assigned to LEX from packages assigned to bulky 3PL
3. Ensure packages are handed over to the correct First Mile courier
Multi-pickup service is for sellers that are assigned to more than one 3PL for pickup.
As Lazada continues to improve and expand its First Mile services, new third-party logistics partners have been onboarded to handle pickup from sellers, e.g. J&T Express PH, Ninja Van PH. These 3PL’s will also be doing the Last Mile (buyer delivery) service for packages that will be assigned to them to shorten end-to-end lead time of customer deliveries.
VII. How to know if your store has multi-pickup?
In Seller Center, go to My Account> Profile> Shipping Provider
Sellers with multiple shipping providers assigned, as seen in the List of Additional 3PL Providers, are under multi-pickup.
VIII. What to do if store is assigned to multi-pickup?
1. Check the First Mile assignment in the shipping label
2. Segregate packages per different courier. Additional 3PL filter can be used in Order Management page.
