Policy Overview

We want to support a healthy, trustworthy, and transparent Sponsored Solutions ecosystem that works for both customers and sellers. The policy that follows helps you as a seller to promote your products and align with our Sponsored Solutions policies listed below. This policy is designed not only to encourage compliance with local laws but also to ensure a positive experience for both customers and sellers.

Lazada reserves the right to amend this policy to comply with any changes to local laws and regulations, changes in the business environment, or at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable laws. Changes to this policy may be announced by posting updates.

Your use of Sponsored Solutions feature shall be governed by the Sponsored Solutions Terms and Conditions.

Seller Eligibility

To ensure a range of healthy assortment and good customer experience, only sellers with good operating track record and policy compliance record will be given access to the use of Sponsored Solutions.

• Access to Sponsored Discovery & Sponsored Affiliate will be suspended for any sellers who are subject to penalty milestones due to accumulation of non-compliance points. Details of the penalty milestones and the corresponding suspension penalty are set out in the illustration below:
