1. How to Report via FORM​

In the form, choose System - Issues and Error with Seller Tools​

Select Order Fulfillment​

Click on Unable to scan shipping label​

Input the Tracking Number of the package that can't be scanned​

Our team will investigate your issue and raise it to our logistics team. We'll get back to you as soon as we can within 48 hours.​

2. Through SMS (For drop-off sellers. Text is free of charge):​

DOP<space>DOP Station Name<space>Your Issue and send it to 2158 8890 for Globe/TM numbers and 22565 8900 for Other Networks.​

Our team will investigate your issue and raise it to our logistics team. We'll get back to you as soon as we can within 48 hours.​
