Tip Tuesdays: When to get your first payout

Ka-Lazada, here are some important things that we need to know regarding your first payout: ​

•  You have to make sure that your personal information is aligned with your bank account. Your name in your ID or the name of your company must be aligned to the bank account especially the name. ​

• Make sure you type the account number not the card number. ​

• In uploading the document for the bank information, make sure that it will be an image of your bank book or the card.
