What is it?

oVoucher is a promotion tool that discount is offered on products to improve customer purchase

oIn Lazada, there are 2 kinds of vouchers: Platform Voucher and Seller Voucher

For Platform Voucher, discount is sponsored by Lazada

For Seller Voucher, discount is sponsored by seller. Seller Voucher is the kind of voucher that will be introduced in details in this chapter

How many types of voucher can seller create?

oCollectible Voucher: Where voucher is collected by customer in wallet and it is auto applied when the customer is checking-out their order.

oThere are 4 different places customers can find Collectible Vouchers:

Regular Channel: Voucher can be seen at seller store & PDP

Store Follower: Vouchers can be seen by store followers. Only available for storewide promotions

Offline: Offline voucher is distributed to specific customers by sharing voucher link

Livestream: Voucher can only be seen in live stream rooms

Benefit of seller using this feature?

oBy applying vouchers, sellers can achieve the overall goal of increasing ASOV of the seller

How do I create a voucher?

oSeller can visit in ASC > Promotions > Seller Voucher

Any entry criteria for sellers to create a voucher?

oAll sellers except retail sellers are eligible to create vouchers

oAll product categories are enabled for creation of Voucher promotions, as long as the products are in guidance with the overall product & listing policies

oAll customers are able to enjoy voucher discount as long as the customer fulfilled the discount criteria set by sellers

Any special conditions seller needs to know while using Vouchers?

oThere are no limitations and/or rules in place that limits any seller from creation a voucher promotion

oOnly 1 Seller Voucher can apply at a time, but this voucher can stack with other programs and vouchers such as FSMax, LPI, Cashback, and Flexi Combo

oIf seller joins a campaign Seller Voucher promotion, campaign Seller Voucher will be prioritize before the normal Seller Voucher promotions

How is Seller Voucher discount calculated in an order that met the discount criteria?

oIf discount type is Percentage Discount Off, all SKU in the order will have the same discount percentage

oIf discount type is Money Value Off, discount will be divided based on the price of each SKU in the order

o[Example] Suppose that discount of Seller Voucher is 30 SGD off, discounted price of SKU A and SKU B are as follows:

Can seller deactivate their Vouchers if so when can he do that?

oSellers have full freedom to create their own Seller Voucher promotions, Lazada under no circumstance enforces the utilization of Seller Voucher promotions. In the event that the seller creates a Seller Voucher promotion, has a change of mind the promotion can be deactivated real-time by the control of the seller.

oIf the vouchers that have been collected by customers before Voucher promotion is deactivated, the consumer can keep using the voucher.

What happens if a customer cancels one item which has a Voucher applied to:

oFor customers:

If customer is not allow to cancel some of the items in a order which a seller voucher was applied to in the order.

If customer cancels all of the items which a seller voucher was applied to in the order, the applied voucher gets returned to the voucher wallet of customer to be re-used in the future (if the voucher promotion of the seller hasn't expired yet, if expired the voucher is void)

oFor sellers, any of the items under the same seller voucher promotion can be cancelled as long as the item is not shipped, money paid for corresponding item(s) will be returned to the customer

oFor Lazada, we are able to cancel any of the items under the same seller voucher promotion before the items are shipped

What happens if a customer returns one item which has a Voucher applied to:

oFor customers:

Customer can return some/all items under a voucher

If customer return all the items which a voucher was applied to in the order, the applied voucher gets returned to the voucher wallet of customer to be re-used in the future (if the voucher promotion of the seller hasn't expired yet, if expired the voucher is void)

oFor sellers, they can not initiate return of any of the items under the order that seller voucher is applied after the items are delivered

oFor Lazada, we can not return any of the items under the order that seller voucher is applied

Any minimum/max value applicable for voucher creation?

oFor Percentage Discount Off, min discount is 1%, max discount is 99%

oFor Money Value Off, min discount should be greater than 0

oIn one voucher promotion, minimum spend of the voucher should be greater than discount value
