For sellers assigned to pick-up, you should receive a notification after every successful pick-up with information on the following:
Number of packages successfully picked up
Pick-up finish time
List of packages picked up (up to 50 parcels; full list can be downloaded in the attachment shared)
Aside from packages successfully picked up, it will also show which packages were included in the pick-up plan but not handed over to the courier, thus your unsuccessful pick-up.
For sellers assigned to drop-off, you should receive a notification after every successful drop-off at any of our partner locations. The notification will contain the following:
List of tracking numbers
Order numbers dropped off and at which specific DOP location
Sellers identified as having bulky parcels will be notified once they have been assigned to a bulky courier partner. Please note that pick-up for bulky items will only be activated if the seller has 2 bulky items uploaded in the last 30 days.
New sellers within drop-off coverage and existing sellers with average daily parcels < 12 will be notified once they have been assigned to drop-off services.
Sellers with average daily parcels > 12 will be notified once they have been assigned to Lazada’s pickup services.
Approved Request to Change Courier
Approved requests for courier change, either seller raised or system initiated, will trigger a notification for successful change. It will contain the corresponding details of new courier provider and its effectivity date.
Declined Request to Change Courier
Declined requests for courier change will trigger a notification for failed change. It will contain the details of the current courier of the seller.
Haven’t been receiving any of the notifications mentioned? Please ensure the email you have registered in your Seller Center profile is active and is what you are currently using for your shop. If the email address is correct, check other available folders such as spam or promotion.
Sellers under Lazada Express pick-up will now be receiving the following SMS notifications for the scenarios below. These SMS notifications will sent to the seller’s registered mobile number in their Seller Account Profile.
Driver is on the way to the seller
This notification will indicate estimated number of minutes before pick-up driver arrives to the seller’s warehouse location.
Driver will be late
This notification will alert seller when pick-up driver will be arriving late, and will indicate estimated number of minutes before pick-up driver arrives.
Driver is not coming today
This notification will alert seller when the driver will be unable to pick up from the seller for the day due to various possible reasons (e.g. vehicle is already full, courier ran out of time, etc.) Seller will be notified of the next confirmed pick-up schedule.
