 <li><p>Orders placed with offline payment methods such as over the counter (pay at nearby stores or ATM), e-wallets or bank transfers where payments is deferred, or</p></li> 
 <li><p>Orders placed with no chosen payment method (i.e., If the customer clicks the "PLACE ORDER NOW," an order will be generated even if they did not select a payment method and proceeded to "PAY NOW")</p></li>
