What is Early RTS?

Ready to Ship (RTS)

• is a status used to indicate that a parcel is packed and ready for handover to our logistics partner

• When clicked, it automatically sends a request to our logistics partner to do a pickup, or alerts our logistics partner that the seller will be doing a drop off at one of the designated points.

Early RTS is when sellers click the RTS button even before a parcel is packed and not ready for handover to our logistics partner, or when in reality, there is no stock available.

Early RTS could lead to:

1. Ensure that your inventory is kept up to date (to prevent any cancellation)

2. Practice good order fulfilment habits by following the correct procedure

             i. Print documents and airway bill (AWB) for packing

             ii. Pack items and stick AWB on the parcel

             iii. Once the parcel is ready, click/update status to RTS to inform our logistics partner
