What is Package DIM & Weight on Growth Center?

Package DIM & Weight is a new feature on Growth Center that allows the seller to (1) view which items have incorrect dimensions or weight and (2) take action immediately by clicking the "Edit" button.

This section gives an overview of (1) total number of SKUs with incorrect dimensions and of the (2) total percentage of items which are overweight or underweight:

This section allows the seller to view their overweight or underweight items and make the necessary changes:

1. Seller Center Package Weight - Item weight submitted by seller on Seller Center

2. Seller Center DIM Weight - Calculated volumetric weight based on product dimensions (LxWxH) submitted by seller on Seller Center, then divided by 3500

3. Seller Center Chargeable Weight - Whichever is higher between #1 and #2. This is used as basis for shipping fee to be charged to customer

4. Chargeable Weight by 3PL - Actual package or DIM weight, whichever is higher, as measured by Lazada or 3PL. This is used as basis for shipping fee to be charged to seller

5. Status - Based on the difference between #3 and #4. Refer to the next slide
