How do I use the Order Management Page?

You can manage and fulfill your orders on the Seller Center's Order Management Page. The page offers flexible options for order processing and enhanced search capabilities.

To go to your Order Management Page, just go to Orders > Orders

I. Basic Functions

1. Fulfillment Metrics Dashboard - to view seller’s performance.
2. Lazada Express Pick-Up Banner - to see the timeslot of Lazada Express (LEX) pick-up.
3. Search Capabilities - to easily filter specific orders.
4. Sort Capabilities - to sort according to SLA and Order Creation.

II. Order Details

1. Checkbox - tick to select the items or orders.
2. Customer Name - click to chat the customer.
3. Product Details - check the Product, Variation, and SKU.
4. Expected Delivery - click "More" to see the expected delivery.
5. Ship on Time SLA - check to see how much time you have to handover the item. 
Hover your mouse to see the date format.
6. Document Status - check to know if document is printed. 
(Note: Printer icon will be highlighted once printed.)

III. Documents

1. Air Waybill (AWB) - shipping label that is printed and attached to a package. (Required)
2. Packing List - order-level information that also includes SKU information. (Optional)
3. Pick List - summary of items to guide sellers in preparing orders. (Optional)

IV. Order Tabs

1. All – all orders regardless of their status.

2. Unpaid – orders that do not have a selected payment method.

3. To Ship – orders that have a selected payment method and are ready for packing, printing, and shipping.

- To Pack – orders that have a selected payment method but do not yet have a printed shipping label.

- To Arrange Shipment – orders that have a printed shipping label, but are not yet ready for handover.

- To Handover – orders that are packed and ready for pick-up or drop-off.

4. Shipping – orders that have been picked-up or dropped-off, but not yet delivered to the customer.

5. Delivered – orders that have been delivered.

- Delivered – orders that are still pending buyer confirmation; these orders may not yet appear in your SOA.

- Confirmed – completed orders that the buyer has confirmed; these orders should appear in your SOA.

6. Failed Deliveries – orders that were not received by the customers.

- Lost & Damaged – orders that were missing or damaged.

- Failed Delivery – orders that were scrapped or returned.

7. Cancellation – orders that were cancelled by customers, sellers, or Lazada.

8. Return or Refund – orders that were sent back to the seller or issued a refund.

V. Order Fulfillment 

To Pack Tab

1. Pack & Print for Mass Orders – Tick the orders or items and click the Pack & Print button to create the package.

2. Print Pick List – Click to print order summary. The orders will not move to the To Arrange Shipment tab.

3. Export – Mass export order details in .xls format.

4. SLA Countdown Timer – Countdown timer that displays how much time you have to handover the item.

5. Pack & Print for One Order – Click to create package on order level.

6. More Action – Click to show more actions.

7. Split Package – Tick the check boxes to select the quantity of orders. A dropdown list showing the number of items will appear. Select the number of packages you want to pack and click Pack & Print.

8. Create Package Window – Upon clicking Pack & Print, you will be redirected to the Create Package Window, which gives you more flexibility to process your orders.

9. Select Print – Select the documents that you want to print. You have the ability to multiselect.

10. Order Process Buttons – Flexible options to process your orders.

a. Pack & Print – Shipping documents will be printed and orders will be moved to the To Arrange Shipment tab.

b. Pack & Print & Ship – Shipping documents will be printed and orders will be moved to the To Handover tab.

c. Pack – No shipping documents will be printed and orders will be moved to the To Arrange Shipment tab.

To Arrange Shipment Tab

1. Import & Export – Import by uploading the file with tracking numbers to move the orders to the To Handover tab. Export by downloading the file of all orders under the To Arrange Shipment tab.
2. Tracking Number – Hover your mouse to know more about the first mile and last mile provider.
3. Arrange Shipment – Click Arrange Shipment to move the orders to the To Handover tab.
4. More – Click More to show more actions. Click Recreate Package to shift packages back to the To Pack tab for readjustment. Recreate Package can only be done to orders in Packed status.
5. Document Status – Icons will be highlighted once the documents are printed.
6. Print Document – Click the document you want to print. You can print documents for more than one order.
7. Mass Arrange Shipment – Tick the orders or items and click the Arrange Shipment button to move the orders to the To Handover tab.

To Handover Tab

1. Logistics Status – Logistics Status will be available after Arrange Shipment is clicked. The Logistics Status page shows the parcel journey, which is mapped all the way to Delivered, or if applicable, Failed Delivery and Returns.

VI. Summary

Standard Order Fulfillment Summary
1. Receives new order.
2. Click 
Pack & Print  in the To Pack tab under To Ship tab.
3. Print the documents you need, and click Pack & Print.
4. Pack your items and attach shipping label / air waybill in the package.
5. Click 
Arrange Shipment in the To Arrange Shipment tab.
6. Handover your parcels.
7. Parcels will be delivered to the customers.
8. Customer receives the item.

Delivered By Seller (DBS) Order Fulfillment Summary
1.Receives new order.
2. Click 
Pack & Print  in the To Pack tab under To Ship tab.
3. Pack your order.
4. Click Arrange Shipment in the To Arrange Shipment tab
5. Deliver the item to your customer
6. Click 
Successful Delivery in the To Handover tab
7. Upload a photo to confirm delivery
8. Customer receives the item

Digital Order Fulfillment Summary
1. Receives new order. 
2. Filter the Delivery Type by clicking Digital.
3. Click Deliver Digital in the To Pack tab under To Ship tab.
4. Customer receives the order.

VII. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What are the differences among Pack, Pack & Print, and Pack & Print & Ship?

Pack - No shipping documents will be printed, and orders will be moved to the To Arrange Shipment tab.

Pack & Print - Shipping documents will be printed, and orders will be moved to the To Arrange Shipment tab.

Pack & Print & Ship - Shipping documents will be printed, and orders will be moved to the To Handover tab.

2. What should I click if I want to print Pick List without moving the orders to the To Arrange Shipment or To Handover tab?

Tick the checkbox of the order and click Print Pick List beside the Pack & Print button or click Print Pick List under More Action. As long as the documents will not be printed by clicking Pack & Print, the orders will not move to the To Arrange Shipment or To Handover tab.
