Hi. I am a new seller here. I would like to ask where can I get the Lazada pouches? There is a drop shipping near my residence, I asked where can I get the Lazada pouches since I have an order for shipping. The drop shipping agent said they dont have any.

Do I need to buy Lazada pouches? Where? How much po? Do Lazada provides/sells boxes?

Hi! I'm SUUUPER new to selling on Lazada, I just signed up for a shop last week and I'm still waiting for the pouches i ordered before posting anything for sale...

Thing is, on the same day I set up my Laz shop, I also signed up for Laz affiliate (as in, you get an affiliate product link, and you get a commission when people use your link and buy stuff... not the "Sponsored Affiliate" one). I noticed that it's been 9 days and my affiliate dashboard still doesn't allow me to generate aff links for the specific products I actually want to promote, instead of just the recommended ones that I've never tried. I was hoping i could use my personal social media to promote stuff in groups etc.

Is it possible that you can't have BOTH a laz shop and be an affiliate at the same time? Otherwise, how do i get my affiliate dashboard to finally work?

Hi, new seller here! I was reading all guidelines for opening a shop and I am confused regarding Certificate 2307. Is it exclusive to corporate or pati individual seller is required to submit/file?

Singit ko na din regarding the valid IDs option. Apat (TIN ID, Driver's License, SSS, Passport) lang ba talaga ang pwede? May mas preferred kasi akong other valid ID na wala sa options.

Good day! I have Seller Free Shipping capped at 50 when the order value reaches 999. There is a program now called "FREE SHIPPING MAX PROGRAM FOR EXCLUSIVE SELLERS". My question is: Can I join this program together with my seller free shipping? If yes which one will apply when customers buy? Or should I deactivate my Seller free shipping and join this program?. Just want to ask if ano po ang standard shipping fee per region or lugar like sa luzon, visayas, and mindanao.
yung generalized shipping fee po sana kasi dropshipping po ang gagawin ko for my store po.

or kung paano niyo po siya macompute ito na lang kasi nagpapagulo sa isip ko kung paano gawin yung shipping fee po ng item ko since new seller po ako sa platform na po ito and dropshipping pa.

Gusto ko sanang mag add ng assistant sa lazada seller account ko, taga manage ng shop, upload ng products at pag sagot sa mga inquiries.
