Questions about Improving Rating and Reviews

1. Customers can collect Laz coins only once? or every time they review a product?

2. You mentioned that we can give vouchers to improve ratings and reviews, are these the same regular vouchers that they can collect whenever they visit our store? Or is there another way for sellers to give vouchers "Only for those customers who left a review"?

3. The review reminder option:

3.1 Does it automatically send messages to customers?

3.2 When does it send messages to the customers? Is there a fixed day or date?

Duplicate Order

Hi!

I'm just hoping na magkaroon soon ng Features where we the seller can cancel Duplicate orders. Ang hirap po kasi kapag hindi po nagrereply si buyer or hindi nag seseen ng messages, nagkakaroon tuloy ng violation.

MALI YUNG PRICE NACHECKOUT, HOW TO CANCEL

HI GUYS PAHELP NAMAN! :( Wala na ba talagang support na magaasisst? Meron kasi akong orders 10pcs siya from SRP499 nung nakita ko 179 lang sa customer na gusto bumili. Ngayon, ipapacancel ko sana. Pano po? Sino kkausapin? Tried to contact the customer pero walang reply.

Digital goods won't show in lazada app

Meron ba nakaka experience dito na lahat ng digital goods sa lazada app hindi nakikita kahit sa store page mo kapag e view all product mo unless meron kang direct link pero kung sa chrome (mobile or computer) or desktop nakikita naman po lahat pinindut ko ang product tab ,sa lazada app lang talaga ayaw mag show ng mga digital goods product ko ,pahelp po kung anong solution.

Maintaining Shop Ranking

Hello guys!

My shop just turned level 5 today. What are the factors kaya that can make my ranking lower? 🙂

It helps din kasi sa pagbenta, the higher the rank, the higher chances of visibility ng products. So I want to maintain it as much as I can since Lazada is now my main source of income.

Language Used for Descriptions

HI, fellow sellers!

Napansin ko lang, at least for my store, it seems mas maganda ang use ng Tagalog sa description kesa English.

Mas madami bumibili pag tagalog kesa english.

Example. 10 pieces mirror vs 10 pirasong salamin

Nag try lang ako mag experiment at napansin ko mas madami akong nakuhang order sa paggamit ng Tagalog.

Automatic bang ma-dedeactivate ang Lazada seller account kapag inactive na sya for a while (60–90 days inactive)? If so, paano po ba sya i-reactivate?

OVL - How long is the OVL penalty?

- How long does the OVL penalty? Dec 27 yung cancelation and its January 13 na, hanggang ngayon may OVL pa din. Also, di ba reset at midnight, but today, past 7am na di pa din nag reset.

Napansin ko po sa mga stores ko na bihira mag open ng messages ang mga buyers and magbigay ng reviews. Kaya nagkakawarning.
Even if padalhan ng messages and updates on status of their parcels.

What to do with my store this holiday season
