3.1 Does it automatically send messages to customers?
3.2 When does it send messages to the customers? Is there a fixed day or date?
3.3 Is there a way to track which customers they've sent it to?
4 Are there other ways to entice customers to leave a review aside from giving them coins and vouchers?

HI GUYS PAHELP NAMAN! :( Wala na ba talagang support na magaasisst? Meron kasi akong orders 10pcs siya from SRP499 nung nakita ko 179 lang sa customer na gusto bumili. Ngayon, ipapacancel ko sana. Pano po? Sino kkausapin? Tried to contact the customer pero walang reply.
Meron ba nakaka experience dito na lahat ng digital goods sa lazada app hindi nakikita kahit sa store page mo kapag e view all product mo unless meron kang direct link pero kung sa chrome (mobile or computer) or desktop nakikita naman po lahat pinindut ko ang product tab ,sa lazada app lang talaga ayaw mag show ng mga digital goods product ko ,pahelp po kung anong solution.

It helps din kasi sa pagbenta, the higher the rank, the higher chances of visibility ng products. So I want to maintain it as much as I can since Lazada is now my main source of income.

Napansin ko lang, at least for my store, it seems mas maganda ang use ng Tagalog sa description kesa English.
Mas madami bumibili pag tagalog kesa english.
Example. 10 pieces mirror vs 10 pirasong salamin
Nag try lang ako mag experiment at napansin ko mas madami akong nakuhang order sa paggamit ng Tagalog.
Ganito din ba experience niyo?
