I'd just like to know if anyone is also experiencing spam chats? With names looking like 3-4 digit letter codes? They sometime chat QR images.

• Asked PSC already and they said they can't control spam chat and just set up LISA to take care of it.

Please share experience. Thank you.

Hi! I want to ask how to remove 1 star review from buyer? Without any reason they review my shop. they never bother to ask seller about the product. i got a 1 star review which is not fair for us a seller.
