In aspiring to inspire, these are my thoughts:
BE COURAGEOUS
I created my Lazada seller account years before I actually got to use it.&nbsp; Back then, I thought it was a bit too complicated to maneuver, so I ended up leaving it as it was, an empty space.&nbsp; But then the pandemic struck and we encountered setback after setback.&nbsp; Dealt with closing our family business, losing our investments, getting rejected by companies I’ve applied for work/opportunity, and subsequently falling ill with autoimmune disorders &amp; being in constant pain.&nbsp;&nbsp; 2020-2021, was by far for me my most debilitating year.&nbsp; Coming so close to depression, I believe it was the Lord’s grace that made me realize that I needed to create my own opportunity.&nbsp; And it was also His grace that led me to remember that I have a Lazada account that I haven’t put to good use, and that I should be courageous enough to try &amp; to start anew, despite limited know-how and constrained financial resources.&nbsp; And that was how my shop started and came to BE here in Lazada.
BE TEACHABLE AND OPEN TO TRY NEW THINGS
So in order to properly start, navigate &amp; manage my shop here in Lazada, I read platform resources, attended as much COOP and Lazada University livestream sessions or replays as I could to learn. &nbsp;LazU was really a big help for me, being a non-techie to begin with. So many materials/resources available at our convenience &amp; disposal!&nbsp; The Lazada FB community (our co-sellers), too, was rather helpful when it comes to certain tricks of trade.&nbsp; All one has to do is to be humble enough to ask, and to have an open mind to accept what is being taught / advised.&nbsp; With adequate knowledge, planning gets easier and work becomes smoother. &nbsp;
Now the beauty of the platform is that it provides us sellers with different tools that we can readily use, try or subscribe basing on our shop’s needs &amp; available resources.&nbsp; Though not every seller can &amp; will be able to utilize all tools, but it’s good to try to find the right mix for your business.&nbsp; For my shop, I employ Freeshipping &amp; Cashback, on top of FlexiCombo, to give buyers more savings on their spend with us.&nbsp; At times when I have a little more budget, I also try Sponsored Solutions to help bring in more traffic/sales. &nbsp;Now if you have ample followers, then you could also try using Feeds for marketing purposes as well (and it’s free!).&nbsp;
&nbsp;A LIGHT FOR OTHERS
I think this is what Lazada has been to many of us sellers, particularly MSMEs and micro startups like my shop…..&nbsp; a light, a hope and a means for us to provide for ourselves &amp; our families. &nbsp;Lazada has provided&nbsp; us an avenue where we can make opportunities happen.&nbsp; It has continued to shine its light for us that hopefully we may too (at the right time) be a light for others as well.&nbsp; May we all aspire to inspire.
