Seller just need to provide the screenshot of conversation thru Instant Messaging showing that buyer is unresponsive. Thru this process your cancellation rate will not be affected. With regard about creating bundle as promotion. What we have is Flexi combo promotion under Promotions. 
It has the same concept as bundle. Example buy 2 get a certain percentage of discount , or free gift or sample. 
You may customize your flexi combo depending on what you refer. And also besides that there are other promotions that you may create to help out increase more traffic and sales.
