Hey there! Based on my experience, I double check first yung mga items/orders. Sometimes kasi, may case na mali ang basa nila sa order information. Like example ,20 pcs nakalagay sa variations they are expecting 1 kilo ang matatanggap nila. Kaya need talaga ganun muna ang gawin.

For me, social media helps! Especially TikTok. I do my product features there then include relevant tags and I always make sure may CTA sa dulo for viewers to follow my store.

Hello. I just want to ask what can I do because the customer placed an order 4 x but should be 1 only. I tried to walk her through on how to cancel the other 3 but she no longer replied. I'm worried that if I cancel on 3, will my non-fulfillment rate have a big impact? 'Out of stock' is the only available reason to cancel in my end. 😓

 Since elementary and highschool nagtitinda na ako, and then pag dating ng college dyan na ako nag start mag offer ng service like projects, thesis, software. For 200 pesos kumikita ako per project. Ng magkaroon ako ng work sa isang private company, naisipan ko na magkaroon ng part time income. Nanunuod ako sa youtube na pwede ko ibenta using my skills as an IT. Eto na nga nakita ko sa youtube ang isang vlog about " how to sell on lazada". Sabi ko sa sarili ano kaya pwede ko ibenta? 🤔 nag try ako gumawa ng invitation pinost ko ito sa fb marketplace. Then nagulat ako marami nag iinquire. Nag start ako sa wedding invitation at lasercut cover. Binibili ko sa lazada ang mga kelangan ko then ibebenta ko sa fb. Nuong marami na ako customer sa fb, dun na ako nag decide na mag open ng shop sa lazada. Nanuod ako ng mga ibat ibang tutorial about lazada seller. Yung 1st order nga na nareceived ko sa isang customer na experience ko na mareject ang packaging sa hub. Then bumalik sakin. Hindi ako nawalan ng pag asa. Nanuod ulit ako tutorial kung ano ba tamang packaging ng parcel. Hanggang sa nagkaroon na ako ng succesful delivered item. 😊 sobrang saya ng feeling kapag nakabenta ka ng isang piraso kapag new seller ka palang. Hanggang sa naboost ang product ko. Gumawa ako ng ibat ibang design. Hindi ko talaga inakala na mag boom ang business ko. Sobrang thankful ako kay lazada dahil ngayon nabibili ko na ang mga wants ko, kelangan ng family ko, at nagkaroon na ako ng sariling bahay ngayong 2022 naturnover na sakin.
