Hi mga ka seller! Now that 12.12 is done, anu-ano ang mga learnings na nakuha niyo?

Ako I learned na best talaga to invest on sponsored solutions to increase store traffic and sales. Dati kasi di ko pinapasin yun...now kitang kita ko na mas madami benta this year vs 12.12 last year. :)

Pano po mag invest on sponsored solutions newbie pa lang po ako dito sa lazada.salamat po sa sasagot

Yes, marami orders, kaya lan minsan parang sa tingin ko ang bilis maubos ng Top up, pero naunawaan naman natin na every click ang counts at marami naman talaga visitors at may posibilidad talaga na may order sa buong araw o kinabukasan

I learned to fulfill orders agad agad and to ask for help! One man team lang ako dati but now na mas kaya ko na mag-invest sa mga promo tools like lazada bonus, kinailangan ko na talaga ng additional help para mag pack ng mga orders dahil mas pinansin ng mga customers ang shop ko because of this program. :)

Lots of things to learn :

  1. Not all the campaigns are helpful - you have to determine which ones to join, because only you as a seller can know what is good for your store. For example, one of the campaigns, the discount it gave to the buyer for some of my products would mean I would have to sell at P50-100 less than my cost price - ako pa maga abono. So I could not add some particular products.

  2. Preparation will make your workflow easier. I wrapped most of my products in bubble wrap about 3 days prior to 11/11 and 12/12, so come those days, all I needed to do was collate the products and wrap. Less Hassle, more time to deliver on the same day

  3. Know your nearest drop off points and their schedules or work hours and days. That way, you won't have to scramble looking for a drop off point and wasting gas and time doing so

Ako naman I learned to always to reach out to my customers to confirm their orders (sinasama ko pa yung exact variant na pinili nila) via chat. I noticed mas maliit ang returns and cancellations ko! :D

Ako i learned na mas maging positibo kahit minsan konti or di marame ang benta mag isip ng pwedeng tools at pag aralan kung makakatulong ba ito sa store,at maging polite parin sa costumer complain kahit sila ang male i always explain my side,at patuloy na magtiwala sa Lord sa lahat ng bagay

All campaigns, promotions, lazada programs and sponsored discovery helps my store to increased traffic and sales...Kahit sa tingin ko medyo malaki ang nakakaltas sakin pero atleast di natutulog ang items ko...Just add a little Price increase to your Products pra di maxado maramdaman ang Marketing Fees....Free shipping max this Lazada Program brings 3x sales to my store, Everyday di bababa ng 50 ang RTS ko.

Grow your followers base days before the campaign! Huge follower base = more customers reached via chat. Ang ginagawa ko I always send them messages kung ano ang deals ko sa campaign para alam nila kung ano ang sulit na i-add to cart and i-checkout sa campaign days.

Don't be afraid to stock up, increase the inventory of products that a lot of people will enjoy. :)
