Hi!

I'm just hoping na magkaroon soon ng Features where we the seller can cancel Duplicate orders. Ang hirap po kasi kapag hindi po nagrereply si buyer or hindi nag seseen ng messages, nagkakaroon tuloy ng violation.

With regard to your concern, sellers have option to request cancellation of orders if buyer is unresponsive. Seller just need to provide the screenshot of conversation thru Instant Messaging showing that buyer is unresponsive. Thru this process your cancellation rate will not be affected.
