HOW CAN LAZADA DELIVER PARCEL FASTER

I have concerns with the parcel being ordered, there is not status yet of the parcel since Monday and i am concerned if it will reach the client within 7days since its a ready to eat food and freshness takes not longer than 15 days

Na pickup na po ba ng courier sa inyo yung parcel? If so, pwede niyo po ireport sa live chat support para po ma-expedite yung delivery ng parcel niyo. Bigay niyo lang po sa kanila yung mismong order number.
