Try to reach out via IM of lazada then wait the customer's reply, In case no seen or reply try to contact them in their Cell numbers...
And if there's no reply from contact numbers then it's time to chat our PSC's.
Hi mam, try to reach out via lazada chat then wait the customer's reply. In case wala padin, you can raise your concern to lazada psc to request for the cancellation .I-attach nyo lang proofs nyo na nag reach out kayo sa customer.
