Suspicious or Bogus Buyer

Hello Fellow Sellers,

Good day. Hope everyone is doing great today.

May question lang po ako. May customer kasi na nagchecked out ng order with two(2) different products. Pero, ang bawat product maramihan (ex: product #1 x 3, product #2 x 8). Worried lang ako kasi upon checking ng profile nya, 0 successful delivery and rate as in new account palang. I tried to contact the buyer pero hindi nagrereply. nababasa naman nya ang mga messages ko. Ano po kaya ang dapat gawin? Ok lang ba na i-cancel ko ang order nya ano naman po ang epekto sa performance ko? Mukhang BOGUS buyer kasi ang ganitong transaction.

Hi Ka-Seller. Do not cancel orders yourself po magiging point against your store po yon. Hingi po ng tulong sa PSC on assessing your situation. They will advise you what is the best option po.

Good day Seller! citideals is correct with this one po. Do not cancel an order/s on your end as this will affect your metrics, specifically your cancellation rate. Cancellation of orders on your end would affect your Order Volume Limit (OVL). OVL is the number of orders you receive on a daily basis, normally this is 150. If your cancellation rate is high, chances are po, mabawasan ang inyong OVL or maging 0 po ito.
