The Seller Action Recommendation is a feature in the Returns page (for Direct Return to Merchants sellers only) where [GT1]the system provides a recommendation on which option is the best choice for the seller and the customer of a specific order. By assessing the customer profile, specific return request, and item profile, Lazada uses data analytics to determine the best recommendation to provide.
