One of the things that we prioritize on the Lazada Bounce Back Program is to provide a seller support in terms of financing. We currently have Billease and Esquire as our current lending partners, but we are definitely looking for more partners so seller can have more choices.
Here are some information that can help you decide which partner you should choose in applying for loan.

Lazada sales summary for the month of Dec 2019 – Mar 2020 (preferably in excel file or google sheet format). Screenshots of net payout or proof of your sales record (available in Seller Center under Finance tab).
Bank statements from Dec 01, 209 – Mar 31, 2020. All savings and checking accounts under your business (online transaction history/passbook is accepted).
DTI Certificate of Registration (if available)
BIR Certificate of Registration (if available)
Latest proof of billing of your business and residential address (electricity bill, water bill, phone bill, or contract of lease)
Please take note that these are just initial requirements, our partners might ask for additional requirements needed to process your loan.
They will send you an e-mail as soon as your as your application is approved. On the other hand, they will also notify you in case of non-approval, also through e-mail.
