How can I track the status of Lost and Damage Packages?

1. Look for Orders and Reviews in the Taskbar and click Orders.

2. Go to the Lost & Damaged Tab

3. Go to Logistic Status and click Lost/Damaged to filter these packages

Lost and damaged packages has a dedicated tab separated from failed delivery. Inside the tab, there is a Logistic Status available to separate lost from damaged packages.
