How does drop-off work?
WHAT IS A DROP-OFF POINT?
A Drop Off Point (DOP) is a partner establishment that accepts parcels from Lazada Sellers.
With over a thousand local stations, sellers can simply pack their parcels and have them scanned at any Drop-Off Point!
Every day, Lazada Logistics collects these Lazada parcels from the Drop-Off Points and delivers them to the customers.

Make sure that the orders you need to hand-over are properly packed, fully fulfilled and prepared.

You don't need to bring a carrier manifest since the system will send an email confirmation on the email address indicated in your Seller Center for the list of packages dropped for that day.
WHEN DROPPING OFF YOUR PARCELS...
Ensure that your parcel status is Waiting for Drop-Off
Ensure to arrive before the cut-off time of the Drop-Off Point
Ensure that your parcel is not heavier than 20kgs and not bigger than 70cmx70cmx70cm for partner Drop-Off Points. If your parcel exceeds the above criteria, proceed to the nearest Lazada OTCs (accept up to 50kgs and 150cmx150cm)
Ensure that your parcels have been properly scanned before leaving the station
HOW WE STORE YOUR PARCELS
We have various safety measures to keep your parcels safe. Only designated DOP agents are allowed to handle your parcels.
For DOP stations with a drop-off box, you may only drop off items up to three (3) kgs.
CAN I DROP ANY PACKAGES IN THE DOP STATIONS?
Yes, as long as they are non-food and are within the dimensions allowed, depending on the drop-off type.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGES CANNOT BE ACCOMODATED BY THE DOP STATIONS?
Bulky packages (exceeds 50kgs, 150 cm x 150 cm x 150 cm) will be automatically assigned to LEX for pick-up. Please see instructions below:
1. Upload the correct package dimensions (in cm)and weight (in kg) on Seller Center to ensure proper assignment of packages to pick-up or drop-off
2. Segregate your packages based on the First Mile 3PL indicated in your air waybill.
Packages under LEX PH (Drop-Off) can still be dropped off at any nearest DOP
Packages exceeding 50 kgs and 150 cm x 150 cm x 150 cm will be subject to pick-up.
3. Review and follow the packaging guidelines HERE to avoid refusal of packages at pick-up.
