How to add user access on IM (Instant Messaging)?

By default, the email address you used to sign up for the Seller Center will have access to your IM (Instant Messaging).

If you want to give access to a NEW USER, please follow these steps:

1. On your Seller Center, click the Settings button > User Management

2. On the Manage Users page, click Add User

3. Choose Junior Chat Agent for as the Role, fill in the remaining fields, then click Save.
