In the event that you need to reject a parcel to file a claim, please follow the steps below:

Take a picture of the parcel with the air waybill. |

Take clear photos and/or videos of the parcel. |
|
|
Take a picture of the courier’s ID. |
|
|
Fill out this rejection form and ask the courier to sign it. |
|
|
Attach the signed rejection form when you file for claims. |
