How to track returns in Return To Warehouse?
Returns under Return to Warehouse can be filtered by LazMall and Fulfilled by Lazada (FBL) per logistic status.
When items are under Pending Drop-off status, it means that the buyer’s return request is pending for drop off.
All returned orders for LazMall and FBL will undergo Quality Check (QC). Under QC in Progress view, you will now be able to view results of QC process and whether the package will be returned to the customer or to seller.
Inbound for QC
Package is successfully inbounded to QC Warehouse. |
QC Done - Scrapped
Package has been checked and tagged as scrapped. |
QC Done - Returned to Buyer
Package has been checked and for return to buyer. |
QC Done - Returned to Seller
Package has been checked and for return to seller. |
