How to track returns in Return To Warehouse?

Returns under Return to Warehouse can be filtered by LazMall and Fulfilled by Lazada (FBL) per logistic status.

When items are under Pending Drop-off status, it means that the buyer’s return request is pending for drop off.

All returned orders for LazMall and FBL will undergo Quality Check (QC). Under QC in Progress view, you will now be able to view results of QC process and whether the package will be returned to the customer or to seller.

Inbound for QC

Package is successfully inbounded to QC Warehouse.

QC Done - Scrapped

Package has been checked and tagged as scrapped.

QC Done - Returned to Buyer

Package has been checked and for return to buyer.

QC Done - Returned to Seller

Package has been checked and for return to seller.

Returns under Return to Warehouse can be filtered by LazMall and Fulfilled By Lazada (FBL) per logistics status.

Received by 3PL - Returned package has been received by the 3PL

Out for Delivery to QC - Package will be delivered to QC Warehouse

Delivered to QC - Package has been delivered to QC Warehouse

Failed Delivery - Package was not successfully delivered to QC warehouse

Shipping Back - Package to be returned to the customer

Shipped BackSuccess - Package is successfully returned to the customer

Shipped BackFailed - Package is not successfully returned to the customer

Lost by 3PL - Package has been tagged as Lost by 3PL

Damaged by 3PL - Package has been tagged as Damaged by 3PL
