• You must be a LazMall store

• You are either in our Retail program or 100% enrolled in Fulfilled by Lazada

• You must be enrolled in our FS Max program

*Sellers are opted out of LazMallOne if they opt out of FS Max
*Sellers can get in touch with their Key Account Managers to be whitelisted

1. What are the benefits of becoming a LazMallOne Seller?

• Additional visibility – enjoy greater visibility than non-LazMallOne stores with a dedicated channel, search tile, product page banner and check out cart

• Better conversion – enjoy a higher conversion rate as buyers are enticed with lower shipping fees and shipping discounts as they buy more

• Ease of joining – all eligible LazMall sellers can easily join LazMallOne

2. What are the requirements to become a LazMallOne Seller?

• You must be a LazMall store

• You are either in our Retail program or 100% enrolled in Fulfilled by Lazada

• You must be enrolled in our FS Max program

3. How can I apply to be a LazMallOne seller?

• Sellers need to be whitelisted to see the LazMallOne program in ASC. Kindly contact your LazMall Key Account Manager.

4. What happens if a LazMallOne Seller opts out of FS Max?

• Since FS Max adoption is a requirement to joining FS Max, a LazMallOne Seller is opted out of LazMallOne if they opt out of FS Max.
