Dispatch Status Section

Dispatch Status section shows the summary of dispatch status for all warehouses.

Pending Parcels

Shows the total RTS-ed parcel volume in all warehouses for pickup

Pickup Sections

a.	Operating Hours Shows warehouse' operating hours declared Suggested Operating Hours
a.	Warning Sign on your Operating Hours indicates that you have a suggested operating hours based on your shop's activities for the last 30 days.
b.	Pickup Details Pickup Timeslot Displays the pickup schedule of your items. If the warehouse have no pickup time slot available, it will not display anything. Dispatch Status Displays the courier's ETA Courier on the way: Seller has RTSed parcels; courier already dispatched and courier is on the way to pick up parcels; ETA is displayed. Courier arrived: Seller has RTSed parcel and courier has arrived; arrival time is displayed Courier Display all the couriers in ascending order by dispatched timestamp. It includes the following details: Dispatcher Name Phone Number Plate Number Vehicle Type
c.	Parcel Details Shows the breakdown of RTS-ed parcels New: Newly RTS-ed parcels with no attempt of pickup Failed pickup: RTS-ed parcels failed to be picked up
