1. What happens when my limit is reached?
Once you hit POL, all your SKU’s will be set to inactive and no new orders will flow into seller center.
2. What do I do to be able to restart receiving orders?
You have to process your pending orders to be reactivated.
3. Are FBL items included in my pending order limit?
Items fulfilled by Lazada are not taken into account in your pending order limit.
4. When is POL reset?
POL resets every Monday.
5. Can I still login to seller center if I hit POL?
Sellers can still login to seller center to fulfill orders or perform other tasks.
6. What should I do when I hit POL?
POL is all about fulfillment. Process your pending orders as quickly as possible.
