Priority Delivery Program

Priority Delivery program (“Program”) is designed to reward Seller with reliable and fast delivery. It offers an enhanced customer experience with a N+2 delivery promise for all orders with destination within the same metro area. With the Program, buyers can expect to receive their orders within 2 days from the time the order is placed, if both seller and buyer are located within the same metro area.

Sellers participating in the Program can expect an increased visibility to buyers with our exclusive tag, traffic and search ranking.

Eligibility Criteria

Sellers who meet the following criteria will be eligible for this program:

1) Seller Priority Delivery Rate >= 95% AND

2) Seller Fault Cancellation Rate <= 5% or null

Review of seller eligibility will be done monthly. Sellers are required to meet the abovementioned criteria in order to stay in the Program. Lazada reserves the rights to remove the Seller from the Program at any time if performance does not meet expectations.

Metrics Explained

Priority Delivery Rate

Seller Priority Delivery Rate measures the number of packages fulfilled within the cut off time for this Program, ie. metro to metro N+2 orders

The Priority Delivery Rate is measured over a period of 28 days and is refreshed daily. This is a rolling 28 period including orders created 7 days ago to orders created 35 days ago (D-8 to D-35, with D being today’s date).

SLA for Priority Delivery

To fulfill within the N+2 delivery timeline, there will be specific cut off time that sellers will need to fulfill by:

Pick-up orders:

For pick-up orders placed on weekdays: sellers should RTS within N+1 16:00 and TTS within N+1 before 23:59.

For pick-up orders placed on weekends: sellers should RTS on Monday 16:00 and TTS within Monday before 23:59.

For pick-up orders placed on Public Holidays: sellers should RTS within N+1 16:00 and TTS within 23:59 the next working day.

Drop-off orders:

For drop-off orders placed on weekdays: sellers should TTS within N+1 before 16:00.

For drop-off orders placed on weekends: sellers should TTS on Monday before 16:00.

For drop-off orders placed on Public Holidays: sellers should TTS within 16:00 the next working day.

Please note that Saturdays are considered a working day.

There will be a filter available in Order Management Page for sellers to filter all metro to metro orders in order to enable sellers to prioritize these orders.

Sellers will be able to monitor their Priority Delivery Rate in the Order Management Page.
