Restricted Brands Policy

1.Introduction

1.1 The Restricted Brands policy (the “Policy”) prohibits sellers from selling certain brands on the Lazada platform.

1.2 The Policy is applicable to all sellers, including sellers who hold a valid Letter of Authorization from the brand or have valid proof of purchases (e.g. receipts or invoices).

2. Policy

2.1 Sellers will be informed once a brand is classified as a restricted brand. Except where a seller has obtained Lazada's prior written approval, a seller shall not sell products classified as a restricted brand.

3. Enforcement

3.1 Sellers are monitored for compliance to Lazada Seller Policies. All product listings of restricted brands will be locked.
