At a young age, nakita ni Isaac ang countless opportunities ng online selling. With a small capital, nagtayo na siya ng online store right after niya grumaduate ng college. Mayroon siyang corporate job kaya naman tuwing gabi niya tinututukan ang kanyang online business. Hindi naging madali sa kanya pagbalansihin ang mga ito.

Kaya naman, luckily he found Lazada. Dahil sa Lazada, nagkaroon siya ng confidence to fully focus in growing his online business. "We were determined to succeed in this venture. Empowered by Lazada's sharing of best business practices, we eventually grew to a team of 100 people.", sabi ni Isaac.

It was really going well for Isaac but, admittedly, he started to feel fear for his future dala ng pandemic. His success lead him to an advocacy para i-motivate ang kanyang kapwa Lazada seller na i-level up ang kanilang negosyo sa platform. Siya ngayon ay isang Lazada University Seller Trainer.
