We are now introducing you a new fallback feature called LISA Offline Assist in scenarios where LISA is not activated. With this new feature, we will prompt an Ask Shop Assistant card to ensure your customers always have alternative support options, even when live agents are not available.
LISA Offline Assist optimizes the default answers to common questions in LISA to respond to customer messages.
The LISA Offline Setting option is available to those sellers who haven't enabled LISA yet and on desktop only. Mobile support is under development.
