After every successful pick-up, you will receive a notification with with the following information:
Number of packages successfully picked up
Pick-up date
Pick-up finish time
List of packages picked up (up to 50 parcels; full list can be downloaded in the attachment shared
ADA is available at 24 hours. Live Chat Services are available from Monday - Saturday: 09:00AM - 06:00PM.
